Why Nurture

Traditional education was built for a world of memorization and standardization. But our kids are growing up in a world shaped by AI, automation, and constant change.

Nurture exists to close the Life Preparedness Gap.

We help kids ages 4–7 build future-proof skills — Social Emotional, Cognitive, and Practical Life Skills — through interactive, story-driven games they actually want to play.

Think of it as a learning-focused Roblox for the real world.

Our Story

Nurture began during the 2020 lockdowns, when co-founder Roger Egan found himself homeschooling his two young sons.

As a founder who had just exited Redmart to Alibaba, he was struck by a hard truth: traditional education wasn’t preparing kids for the real world. It was built for academic success — not for adaptability, emotional resilience, or critical thinking.

So he teamed up with Emmy-winning creators Julie & Scott Stewart and his former Redmart colleagues Danny Limanseta and Sally Doherty to build something entirely new.

Together, they created a new category: Immersive Learning Media — where stories, games, and real-world skill-building come together to prepare kids for whatever the future holds.
